Executive Management Chet Thaker, Chief Executive Officer
Chet has been a telecom industry entrepreneur since 1986 and has a keen professional interest in developing database solutions to help businesses and consumers sort through the maze of telecom options. During his 25 years in the telecom industry, Chet has worked with some of the nation's largest service providers including Pacific Bell, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX and BellSouth to help them design innovative systems solutions for sales and marketing management, complex voice and data network design systems, and operations performance management. Chet has also authored a book entitled Negotiating Telecommunications Contracts and taught two popular college courses on the telecommunications industry at the University of California, Irvine; Engineering Extension. He graduated from UCLA. Chet was a finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002 for Greater Washington Area.
Mark Leiter, Vice President Engineering
Mark has been our lead in software development technology since 1995, with a strong focus in the telecommunications industry. Prior to TeleBright, Mark was Director of Software Development for IntelliSales Corporation where he and his programming team developed innovative software solutions to allow businesses to sort through telecommunications options. Mark and his team were responsible for creating IntelliRate®, a highly sophisticated software application for telecom rate analysis. He has also consulted with Bell Atlantic to improve their Intranet system. Mark received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mark joined the company in 1995.
 Patrick B. McGugan, Vice President Operations
Patrick has been in Operations Management since 1987 and in the telecommunications industry since 1992 with Product Development and Project Management support for BellSouth Long Distance and ManageRight Customers. He has managed large scale system requirements, development and implementations of TeleBright's software applications. Patrick joined the company in 2000.

Governance Raymond W. Smith, Board of Advisors & Investor
Ray is a Partner at Arlington Capital Partners in Washington DC and Chairman of Rothschild North America, Inc. Ray Prior to that, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic (BEL) where he transformed the company from a regional telephone operation into a global telecommunications leader. Before being appointed Chairman and CEO, Ray served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer as well as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also held senior management positions at AT&T and Bell of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Ray graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University with a B.S. and from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned an MBA.
 Julie Dobson, Board of Advisors & Investor
Julie Dobson is Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board at LCC International (LCCI) appointed in March 2005. Previously, she served as TeleCorp PCS's (TLCP) Chief Operating Officer from July 1998 to February 2002. She has held a number of positions at Bell Atlantic over an 18-year career there including as President of Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems' New York/New Jersey Metro Region and as CEO of Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services. Julie earned a B.S. from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
 Raj Parekh, Board of Advisors & Investor
Raj is Founder and Executive Managing Director, Redwood Ventures in Los Altos, CA. Before founding Redwood Venture Partners, Raj Parekh had many years of experience as a senior business and technology executive of high technology companies. Raj served at Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ: SUNW) as CTO and Vice President of Engineering, as well as VP and General Manager of Java Products for Sun Microsystems Microelectronics. Before joining Sun, he was co-founder, Vice President and General Manager with Silicon Graphics (NYSE: SGI). Raj designed his first chip in 1977 and over time has managed over 100 chips in almost any technology and market, managed software ranging from real time embedded to distributed multi computing environment and wide variety of systems. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of more then 15 high tech companies during his career including Magma (NASDAQ: LAVA), Mesh Networks, and Gtran. He holds several U.S. patents and many awards for his vision and leadership. He received a BE/BS in Electrical Engineering from the L. D. College of Engineering in Ahmedabad, India, and a Masters of Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.
 Richard J. Bove, Board Member & Investor
Rich is President of Bove & Associates, a financial services firm (tax and investment matters) based in Philadelphia. He is also General Partner of Bartol Family Capital Partners, an investment fund. Rich is an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant.
 Drew C. Smith, Board Member & Investor
Drew is a Principal at Arlington Capital Partners in Washington DC. He has over 10 years of corporate, consulting and investment experience. Drew was the CEO of VIPC, a broadband communications consulting company based in Silicon Valley. VIPC specialized in helping both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies leverage emerging technologies for the delivery of high-speed data and video. Before founding the consulting firm, Drew was the Worldwide Planning and Finance Manager of ASK, a $400 million software company. He has also held positions at Silicon Graphics, Unisys, and Northern Telecom. Drew has served on the Boards of ten companies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie-Mellon University and he earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
