Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced software sales professionals who are seasoned in enterprise level sales process and can demonstrate an established track record of application software sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, and Introduce new accounts using your professional skill set.
  • Leverage existing and past relationships.
  • Work with the team on proposals.
  • Maintain consistent quota requirements.
  • Participate with exhibit shows.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years enterprise software sales experience.
  • Successful track record for the last 3 years.
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex solution sales.
  • Excellent writing, presenting and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of telecom industry is a huge plus.

Account Coordinator

We are searching for an Account Coordinator to manage customer support relationships with our software and services, from implementation to on-going utilization by the client, along with other support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement clients' set-ups, system changes.
  • Maintain client informational database.
  • Manage the clients' expectations and ensure timely fulfillment of company commitments.
  • Maintain communications with client.
  • Expand current client opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent client service, project management and superbly organized.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency with web services.
  • Telecommunications experience or software quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree/3 years experience or HS diploma/7 years experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.
