First Look Magazine: "So TeleBright has been in Telecom Expense Management for several years, what can you bring to wireless?"

Patrick: "We have offered wireless expense analysis and “best plan” selections to customers since 2001. Our ManageRight system is fully integrated for both wireline and wireless financials and technical management. However, the massive market growth in wireless since 2001 has necessitated new lifecycle management controls. Many businesses have lost site of who is buying what kind of phones, how the phones are being used, and where those devices are going when a replacement is purchased. They  have watched their wireless bills grow relentlessly every month.

In 2007 we launched an expanded ManageRight Wireless platform for aggressive lifecycle management of cellular phones and devices. The product includes the TEM coverage in ManageRight plus an entire lifecycle management that includes policy development and enforcement, plan and device comparisons through a corporate approved catalog, contract negotiation, decision support, procurement, procurement reporting, and help desk. We also released PlanGuard, which monitors usage on a daily basis, sends appropriate alerts at preferred thresholds, and provides quarterly cost optimization recommendations. Automated usage monitoring sends users and/or other specified managers notification as they approach the peak minutes included in their plan. Management reports are sent quarterly for optimization of the organization’s entire user-base profile."

First Look Magazine: "How do you see the future changing for wireless?"

Patrick: "We believe wireless technology will become even more pervasive in the U.S. Our society’s life styles for work and pleasure will soon evolve to include wireless technology at the levels Japan has experienced for years. The Japanese have been internationally traveling with their cell phones for over 10 years. The NFC (Near-Field Communications) will also expand our retail experience, turning every cell phone into a credit card. Again, Japan has utilized this technology for several years, paying for everything from sodas to mall purchases."

First Look Magazine: "What is next for TeleBright?"

Patrick: "We just released ManageRight 3.0, a management system for telecom, electricity, gas, and water utilities in one integrated solution. Pro-active email notifications prompt personnel about issues such as, contract expirations or approaching payment deadlines. This green product will identify how much energy is required per square foot in a building and for each employee. Such useful information will assist businesses with lease negotiations, cost projections, proper energy conservation monitoring, and ultimately savings for the ever growing requirement of telecommuting. This futuristic solution is not just a savings mechanism but a necessity as our population and pollution levels continue to rise."
