ManageRight Latest Release

The latest ManageRight release includes suggested features from our recent survey. The wireless reporting enhancement displays and exports the name used when saving a report on the favorite’s page as the label at the top of the report. All reports include the date range of the report in the output file.

In the Wireless Invoice Master Report, if the Voice Plan Name is a selected criterion, the number of peak minutes associated with the plan on the inventory page is included as an output column. Users can also select the number of included minutes associated to a wireless plan as a stand alone report criterion. Account numbers and Cost Center Name and ID have been added to the list of available reporting fields available as well

The addition of these enhancements will reduce the edits required to ManageRight generated outputs. We believe that the changes will provide users with improved cost and service metrics allowing them the ability to make better business decisions.

TeleBright has updated their partner portal for all business partners. The updated site allows partners to view training information about the ManageRight system, download sales materials, and electronically upload information about prospects and current clients. Partners can access the site from the top right corner of the TeleBright web site. The partner experience continues to be a top priority for the company as we grow.

Recycle It

We recently stepped up our recycling effort in the office. If you are having problems getting people to use your recycling program make sure the containers are clearly marked. We added new bigger signs that lists all the accepted items for each container.

Now, there is no excuse.
