Latest enhancements focus on making usability. From scheduling regular reports to creating more dashboard reports with graphics, we are always looking for ways to provide a better user experience.
The enhancements for this release focus on an area of particular interest for all clients, the reports module. In addition to scheduling and auto delivery of reports to managers or specific recipients, clients can now choose which reports they want available on the main reports page. For example, if you never use a specific report or are a telecom only client and would like to have the energy reports suite removed from your reports landing page, let us know and we will take care of that for you.
Did you know that you can provide feedback about a report in the report itself? You can! Simply click on the customer feedback link on the orange bar in the header row.
For those of you who manage multiple clients within ManageRight, we have enabled you to assign or save a favorite report to multiple clients.

Guitar-Inspired Sweet Wood-Grain Phone

T-Mobile is teaming up with guitar maker Fender to launch a wood-grain finished edition of its MyTouch 3G smartphone, complete with 3.5mm audio jack and exclusive audio and video from "iconic" musicians. Oh my.
Water Efficiency for the Bathroom

The new greywater recycling system uses the sink greywater to help flush the toilet. It only makes sense that, after Sir John Harington invented the flush toilet in 1596, we could come up with an improved design, finally.
There are also composting toilets with four basic technologies, waterless self-contained, waterless remote, low water remote, and flush smart low volume.
Telecom Workers in France are Dying

The Orange brand telecom in France is having a suicide problem. In the past 19 months, 24 workers have committed suicide. The stress overload for these call center workers was actually worse in 2002 at 29, but somehow the issue remained quiet. Workers are faced with not only the management's push to upsell every call but the callers are also the callers' cruel comments such as "Are you going to commit suicide, too?"
