Our ManageRight platform tracks energy and water usage on a monthly basis as derived from invoices. ManageRight can also accept data stream from Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) compliant meters to reflect the load data in near-real time.

We obtain Energy Star Performance Ratings for all your properties EACH month towards creating a validated framework of performance assessment. Once energy retrofits have been made, this framework is a reliable indicator of actual progress achieved towards Energy Efficiency. Granularity of metering data, down to equipment level where appropriate helps pin-point all areas of potential efficiency improvements.
