We will work with your preferred technology engineers or recommend technology retrofit engineering partners. 3. Automated Monthly Performance Reviews - Track the energy efficiency results for your properties EVERY month when energy invoices are received. We will process the usage data through EPA’s Energy Star to obtain Performance Ratings. Our Monthly Performance Review Process is structured on “Achieve-Maintain-Improve” model that seeks continuous improvement in energy efficiency. In the process, costs and savings are also tracked against the starting baseline. When merited, we help you obtain the coveted Energy Star recognition plaque for your properties.
